Return Policy
Evil Bikes accepts returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product remains in its original condition and packaging. This return policy applies only to items purchased directly from Evil Bikes online. If your purchase was made through an Evil Bikes dealer, please contact them for return assistance. Returns are available to the original purchaser only and require a valid Evil Bikes order confirmation or sales receipt.
To submit a return request for Parts or Gear:
- Visit account.evil-bikes.com and log in using the email associated with your order.
- Select the relevant order, choose the product(s) you wish to return, and follow the instructions to complete your request.
- Once submitted, your request will undergo approval by Evil Bikes. Upon approval, you’ll receive an electronic return label. Please pack your return in an appropriately sized box and use this label to ship your product(s) to Evil Bikes.

Refunds will be processed once your return is received. Please allow 2-3 business days after receipt for the funds to appear in your account. Restocking fees may apply based on the condition of the returned product.
